Princess Girly Girl Discovers Blogging

I find it amazing that I had not discovered blogging until now. Online journaling yes…blogging no. Yes my dear readers there is a difference . I in fact researched the difference and have decided…with no disrespect to the purists out there, that my blog will be a combination of the two. I am after all a self proclaimed princess…and as such can design my blog to be whatever her royal highness wishes it to be.

As a note of introduction, I’m not really a princess. *gasp* Well not in the traditional sense of the word. However, when looking up the definition of the word, I do believe I fall under both 2 b. and 5. That being established, I am a single mother of two who just embarked on the crazy adventure of her lifetime, or is that the biggest folly of her lifetime? Whatever, I am now smack dab in the western foothills of North Carolina in a small city called Morganton . (It’s more like a town actually…but I get ahead of myself…we’ll discuss that at a later date) So this blog will be a journal in the fact that it will follow my escapades of adventure, but it will also have the elements of a traditional blog, with links and possible discussion of said links. Thus, finally, after forty-one years the Princess will have a spot to stand on her soapbox and give her lofty opinions…and the masses will have the opportunity to throw tomatoes at her. All I ask is that they not be rotten. Oh and if some of my friends in Virginia are tossing them…make ‘em Hanover tomatoes …it’s been too long.
