Yup, been down that road. In fact, talked about it today on my own blog. Every time I have tried to start talking to my mom or my brother it ends up in the same place. Even twenty five years later....sigh.... On the other hand, I have so many other friends and family like relationships, that I don't really miss them. So carry on, be the better person. Hugs.
